These Yale Trojan Sparta inline sliding patio door handles boast a modern design to complement any patio door assembly. Available in locking or dummy variants, these door handles feature a reversible grip that makes them suitable for both left- and right-hand configured doors. To change the handing, simply unscrew the grip from the back plate, turn the grip 180° and then re-fasten to the back plate.
